  • User: any natural or legal person who accesses and uses the Website.
  • Participant: a user who decides to financially contribute to one or more projects through the Platform.
  • Project: each real estate crowdlending opportunity published on the Platform.
  • Developer: entity or person that presents and manages a real estate project on the Platform.

3. Access and registration

Access to general information on the Website is free of charge. However, to participate in crowdlending projects, it will be necessary to complete a registration process that includes identity verification in accordance with Spanish anti-money laundering regulations.

The user undertakes to provide truthful, up-to-date, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.

4. Service description

Loantovaluegh S.L. acts as a technological intermediary between property project developers and interested participants. The Platform provides:

  • Detailed information about each available property project.
  • Digital tools for managing participation.
  • A tracking system for the status and progress of each project.
  • Periodic communications about the progress of projects in which you participate.

The Platform does not guarantee the profitability of any project, nor does it assume the role of a financial institution, insurer, or investment manager.

5. Associated risks

Participation in real estate crowdlending projects carries inherent risks that the user must understand and accept before making any contribution:

  • Market risk: property values may fluctuate and negatively affect project results.
  • Liquidity risk: contributions may not be refundable before the established term expires.
  • Execution risk: projects may experience delays, cost overruns, or may not be completed as planned.
  • Capital loss risk: there is the possibility of partial or total loss of contributed capital.

6. Fees and charges

The fees applicable to each project are detailed in its information sheet and are communicated to the Participant before confirming their contribution. The Platform may charge fees for intermediation, management, and administration of projects.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including texts, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, are the property of Loantovaluegh S.L. or its licensors and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property legislation. Their reproduction, distribution, or transformation without express written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

Loantovaluegh S.L. shall not be liable for damages arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or security failures beyond its reasonable control. Likewise, it is not responsible for the financial results of published projects or for participation decisions made by users.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or fulfilment, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Madrid, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply.
